I just bought a club car carryall 1 from an auction and do not know the history. I bought new batteries and they are fully charged. 48v cart 8v batteries. Curtis PMC 300 Amp. Ser. # F9932-789495

The cart will not move. The large solenoid clicks but will not turn the tires. Where do i start Trouble shooting. I have a multi meter and know how to use it, just don't know what to look for with this unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
