I believe they are in the $150 range, but I must tell you. I had an 04 IQ cart that was having the same problems except I still had reverse, the dealer scanned it and told me it was a bad sensor. They replaced it and then told me my bad controller burned out the new sensor while still in their possession. They charged me labor and parts for their diagnosis screw up, and told me I needed a new controller.

The controller was under warranty so I sent it back and got a replacement, installed new controller with the sensor the dealer claimed was bad and everything worked fine. Bottom line, mine was the controller and not the sensor even though the scan read sensor.

I have a bad motor in the garage and I am not sure if it is the pop in or bolt on sensor, but I will check for you. I would sell it much less than $150 if it will work for you.
