the listing says call for shipping. so you could get it shipped, and ebay is great about siding with the buyer if there not as advertised. the listing advertises the batteries as "Listed as 1250 wh. / battery" so that would bring up the question. what would be the easiest and cheapest way to test capacity for someone who never done anything like this before.
