I’ve also seen a onan one (onan #191-2277) rated for 20 amps and was wondering if it would work and mount in there. Trying to keep engine bay tidy but obviously functional!

This is the rectifier I'm using now, I found a source of cheap Harley Davidson full wave rectifiers -- they look great are priced right and function flawlessly. Basic 4 wire hookup - 2 AC wires - one wire to battery and the body of the unit is ground.
