That might be your issue. The obc isn't sensing a charge and it locks the controller. Cut the battery end of the heavy gauge black wire and pull it through the obc. Put a new hd ring terminal on the end, or replace the cable if needed and connect it to the pack negative. I completely removed the charging port harness and obc all as one. I cut the obc end of the small gauge wire harness and connected the blue/white wires. Then put heat shrink on the end of the remaining wires and plugged it back into the harness.
