My thought is
dont borrow money when you dont HAVE to..at any int rate.. But thats just me (not that I learn from my own mistakes)....if that isnt a good opinion- how about "wrenchin is 1/2 the fun of having any mechanical toy"... Either way your going to be happy !!!
