I have done all that. I followed the procedures to unhook the battery and completely drain the power from the system until the reverse buzzer will not sound anymore. Also today I completely unhooked all of the battery cables (even though there was no corrosion), used battery cleaner on all cable ends and terminals, dried everything thoroughly, reconnected and tightened everything, and resprayed everything with protector. Still nothing from the charger even though the cart is still running fine. I think I am just going to go ahead and get the new computer and fuse, and repair all the hacked wiring. I have already checked the charging receptacle and I am getting continuity all the way from the receptacle to the terminals at the other end of the wires coming from it. Thanks for the help.
