I bought a club car and new it wasn't perfect but after running a while when I go uphill it slows to a craw but feels like a belt slipping. I can stop and ease the accelerator and crawl up. If I floor it it starts that slipping feeling every time. What is going on? Help. I am in the beginning stage of getting this cart fixed up. Batteries are 2 years old I'm sure they have not been cared for properly but this seems like something slipping.
