Default Re: G1 sound

New carb, lots of tuning with the jets

Ported intake and exhaust port

Gasket matched intake and exhaust

Throttle linkage/cable mods

Carb mount mods

Air filter/intake mods

Shaved head

Decked jug

Raised port

It's alot of work. I've done all of the above except the carb, still have the G1 carb with larger jets. The carb is going to be the thing that makes the package work. I'm thinking of trying it for fun. I'm in the process of waiting for my Enticer 250 jug to get back from the machine shop, so I'm growing bored of the lack of power.

If you want my opinion....go Bravo, Enticer and do it right....OR go big block. Marathon will tell you all about the difference in power between a built up G1 and a Vanguard powered cart. But, you "can" get more power out of the G1, it's just not a matter of slapping a carb on it.
