The "V" belt, yes. If you look at the starter motor, you will see a nearly upright adjuster leg. Grab your 14mm combination wrench and loosen the lock (upper of the two) nut. When you have sufficient clearance to get your wrench under it, tighten the adjuster (lower) nut. Shouldn't take more than a couple of turns. All you want is for that belt to stop slipping and engage the engine. Retighten the lock nut when sufficient belt tension is achieved. It really isn't that difficult. You'll see what you need to do just by lifting the seat and looking at it.
