Ok you and others are not going to like this, but truth hurts sometimes.

SOC voltages are completely useless except when the battery has been fully rested for several hours. Even then they are not very accurate. Good enough to give you an idea, but only a ball park idea.

The only real true measure is temp corrected hydrometer reading to determine the SOC. Otherwise a volt meter is about as useful as an idiot light on your car dash board telling you you are low on gas or the engine is hot.
