Personally, my series DS with a D&D 10HP & 550AMP controller climbs anything I can throw at it. Just yesterday I climbed a rooted & rutted out hill that my Jeep used to struggle up!
On the street... 16-17 maybe uphill? I have a lot of low end torque.
