"Perhaps you mean that the engine is being cycled by the starter/generator." You nailed it. Yeah, that's what it's doing, but it's not moving forward.
I'm not sure that it's the fuel system, since I've replaced pretty much everything. That's why I'm asking for suggestions. Thanks!
