If I'm not mistaken, and I commonly am, the minimum cutoff voltage is what occurs when you floor the pedal in normal operation. The voltage will drop just like it does with FLA batteries. This is set at 43 to avoid nuisance shutdowns.
The voltages shown on my chart are at rest, not driving. You should be fine with your BMS set at 43 volts. It appears to me that BB was initially designed for home energy usage, with the wheels and plug in cable system. The operating parameters are different there than in a golf cart.
Divide the voltage shown on the chart by 16, and you will have the individual cell voltage nominal. I have learned to not let the resting voltage ever go below 3 volts per cell. 3.2 x 16 = 51.20 volts is my mindset minimum.
