Yep, that's about it. I prefer to press the bearings in to the case, especially the doubled-up PTO side. Send the cases along and I'd put the bottom end back together. The extra shipping is about the same as a tube of Threebond. lol
Boring the jug you have, and rebuilding the crank, should save some cost over the kits, and have better quality work. You could have it done and assembled for about the same as just getting the kit.
