Just got a 2000 gas powered TXT . Ran fine first day I had her, the next it wouldnt start and had a poofing sound coming from the carb, I have Cleaned the carb - took it apart, not just sprayed with carb cleaner. It was very dirty, Replaced spark plugs- old ones had black deposits, new fuel filter- old one was full of crud, checked the oil (it was a little low, added some to it). Still is backfiring a little and the engine runs in neutral then when it is put into forward or reverse it moves a little then doesnt drive at all. HELP??? Is it maybe the solenoid? would a different type be ok to use to trouble shoot this? (its all thats available right now) The wheels turn. where do I go next? Oh I live in Costa Rica, in the jungle, dirt roads. The EZGO was imported from florida several years ago. Any Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Kimberly...
