The 400/1000a solenoid you got has silver oxide contacts. It is more than capable of handling the amperage loads of 48v which are slightly reduce with more voltage.
Use your voltmeter to find where the 36v positive battery post is and run from there to the F&R micro. This will feed the whole ignition system and solenoid activation circuit with 36v
