Throttle signal sending device is an induction coil set up located under the floor behind the go pedal. The device will act crazy if water is present.
The signal originates from the controller, is modified by the coil, and returned to the control. The amount of modification to the original signal (it's voltage) indicates the pedal position and the amount of current the control should let pass.
We need to know what control you are asking about to give the voltage values.
