There could be a sight difference in the max CW and CCW RPM due to the relative difference in the angular position of the brush contact on the commutator and some other factors, but CW and CCW RPM and Torque are pretty much the same for the most part for most cart motors.


The same isn't true for Sepex controllers, such as the XCT you have. The speed in reverse is user programable and can be anyplace for ~0% up to 100% of the forward speed.

Not sure why you need to get under cart, the F1 & F2 cables have two ends, one end at the motor and the other at the controller. Same result swapping them at the controller end.
