I think the first thing I need to do is weld the brackets down. These things are not what I would install on a cart if I had to do it again. I bought the cart like this though so I will make it work some how.
They are bolted to the spindale but still have slop in them. I may just tach weld them down.

I have both of these I may see about swapping it out.
