Side note, the shocks that were on the front were carquest, and the rears looked to be stock, very short with brackets that made up the length, which were bent due to the whole setup being to short. Using the measurements at rest and adding a bit for travel, I went with monroe 31125's all the way around. found them off of an application chart I found online. There didnt seem to be a standard shock for lifted carts, and reading reviews after I found them there were several that said they had the same problem and these worked great.
