I wish I could remember how I mounted it at the top?? Maybe Craig will be able to tell us?
My speakers came out of my boat. They are marine speakers so I did not worry about them getting wet. I can tell you that they would hold water when they did get wet, so I cut another piece of the ABS plastic and put it in the bottom of the sweater basket as sort of a roof to minimize the amount of water that would get in there.
