If the crankcase vent is open and clear and your still building enough pressure to blow the dipstick the rings are gone is all I can fathum, unless your overfilling the case with oil, or something is still restricted with the vent, if not the tube then either in the vlave cover nipple or case nipple.
I have a heavily modified V8 that spears the dipstick on a hard run, I attached a carburetor return spring to keep it out of the fan for now.
