As lockman linked you to, go with some fender flares to keep the airborne mud to a minimum.

I have mud tires on my cart and learned real quick last summer that they like to throw when you get up to speed. When I still had the roof on there was mud plastered all on the bottom of the roof when we got back. Where we pulled out of the field onto the road it looked like the tractor had gone through instead of the cart. Messy for sure but a lot of fun too
