Default Re: Ez go rxv navitas 600?

Yeah I’ve read over and over that having a guy you can’t get ahold of reprogram your stock controller is superior...
I just put a Navitas Tac2 600-amp on my 100% stock ‘15 RXV. Stock 18” tires, stock battery cables, stock everything, and it now does 33 MPH!
With slightly larger tires I’m sure it’ll go 40, which I don’t even wanna do.
And unlike a reprogrammed stock Curtis, I can change my settings or set my top speed limit, amount of regen, etc easily anytime via Bluetooth on my phone or by turning knobs on the dash. It also reads you your trouble codes.

I’ve gotta say, the Navitas seems to kick the *** of the reprogrammed Curtis. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the propaganda.

The secret to the Navitas is you have to email the company and they “unlock” it for you.
That was quick and painless and required nothing but asking them and the next time I opened the Navitas app it was done. Before doing that my cart only ran about 22 or so. Maybe people not knowing to do that is where the rumors of it not being so great came from.
