Default Re: A New Type MCOR

The adjustment on these - does it adjust the the micro-switch cut in / out point and the pot (voltage) together or is it just one of those?

I imagine it adjusts both together, which I guess would allow you to remove the slop at the first part of the go pedal travel before the micro-switch clicks in?

If there was a way to adjust the micro-switch in / out point so that it could correspond to a low voltage read by the controller (say .3-.4v maybe) then it seems you may be able to use more of the pedal travel to modulate controller motor control -vs- a narrower band of it.

I have a Navitas controller, which at least lets you program the micro switch in / out voltage point, which on the 2 MCOR4's I have is right at 1v, but there is also about 2 inches of physical pedal travel before the switch clicks in / out. In theory it would be nice to have .3v-5v range for a smoother throttle response instead of 1v-5v, but I'm not sure it would make much difference in actual use.

Didn't know these existed - thanks to OP for posting.
