O.k., so I ran into this as well and was about to give up and then realized that if you go to the drivers side of the cart and lift the seat and look inside nearest you on the frame wall back to your right a little on the frame side closest to the engine, you will see a ground strap. Sometimes this strap will come loose or the wire will come out of the eye-lit on the frame. Make sure the wire is in all the way and crimped so that it is getting a good ground, otherwise it will not start, but turn-over.
