I'm not a fan of the new style plastic screw rivets either. Before we would use some nice black hex head screws (at the upper and lower point of the plastic basil) rather then the back side brackets, but now the big holes are there
Maybe Fasenal has some rubber metal theaded inserts and some nice screws to afix them better for you.
