It depends which phase of the charge cycle it's in. Normal bulk charge, you should see around 59 - 62v, depending on pack condition. On a brand new pack, you will probably see voltage on the higher end as the pack breaks in and since the cells will be in their most ideal condition.
During equalization or finish charge phase you may see as high as 65v or possibly more, depending on battery pack condition.
