Can you post pictures of the axle splines and the hub?

If the same one has stripped out 3 times, I would have to guess the axle splines are probably worn/rounded making it easier to strip in the hub. Which is compounded by larger/heavier tires and lift kit.

If so, the only true "fix" would be to replace the axle shaft.
