Back in your post#8 you said A1 to A2 was 0.56 with motor disconnected. That is 560,000Ω if it was on the 2MΩ scale and it is supposed to be 1Ω or less. And F1 to F2 was .066 which is 66,000Ω and supposed to be about 1Ω or 2Ω. So the motor is junk or the meter reading is way off due to the scale used.
See what they measure on the 200Ω scale. If they are still a lot higher than the specs, the motor will probably need to be replaced.
