1985 Yamaha g1 low compression

I have a 1985 Yamaha g1 that had 70 lbs of compression. I've replaced the crank seals, replaced rings.The piston and cylinder we're not scratched, I had 10/1000's movement. I Took it back apart to make sure I didn't break the new rings and still only get 70 lbs of compression. Can anyone help or have the same problem
