You best bet might be to look at what is available and copy that ??? Sometimes easier than reinventing the wheel

I ordered some parts to begin repairing Ezgo charger boards, will let you all know how this works out...

I have been refurbing some Ezgo Carts 4 sale.......

I removed the burned out controller from the Z06 and sent the info to Alltrax.

As always, scottyb, I appreciate your input. I have looked at everyone I can pull up but the one I'm building is nothing like anything I've found. Totally different concept. I'll get some pics of the progress so far and post up what I'm talking about. Can't do that until this evening though. Got to do it in a way that it doesn't compromise any strength of the rear seat.

This is one of those things that you cart dealers could possibly start building and making a killing profit from. Very simple concept, but should be very functional. It just took the wife and I putting our heads together to come up with. It would be even better if I had some decent welding skills.

cdb, before i primed it i used Adhesion Promoter, then i used Acrylic Primer Surfacer with Flex agent in reducer.

I just put in a Speedhut 0-30 MPH GPS speedometer with integrated battery fuel gauge and hour meter. I even got to choose my colors and bezel style. They don't show these on their website but they are very similar to their original GPS speedometers. www.speedhut.com is their web address if anyone else is interested.
