I do have signal coming from the OBC after checking for the DC voltage. So I guess that only leaves the relay. There's quite a bit of rust inside the charger also, as this is probably the original charger long before I bought the cart. Thanks to all of you for the help and advice. Especially to David for the very in depth step by step check list to narrow this down.

I think the stickys could be grouped but the main issue is newbies...they wouldn't even know what group to look it for the info they need...we could also number them so our response to a question would be: Sticky #27... Next please...lol. Loses something in the translation. Just remember...They don't know what they don't know!
