2 more cents. i think the abesence of a second click, and a related deteriorating situation that got you here, its gonna be a failed motor brake. all those times in the past when it didnt go, the brake failed the twist-test during that particular startup. now it fails the twist-test everytime. thats my thoughts on it.

hey,
i just thought to ask about his battery condition because he did say he charged it a month ago, but did not explain how many volts he had on the pack or anything. he just said it wouldn't work, so i figured i would start with the basics but I have a feeling your thoughts on it will probably be what his issue is  -steve |

It sounds like the safety switch on either the brake or throttle pedal they are the same and are just under floor at pedals mine mess up when it sits a while so i spray and clean a bit ???

yes, do try pulling the pedals up to see if dirt & debris are preventing the pedals from returning to the "fully at rest" position. aftermarket floor mats are notorious for jamming up the pedals.
