2 more cents. i think the abesence of a second click, and a related deteriorating situation that got you here, its gonna be a failed motor brake. all those times in the past when it didnt go, the brake failed the twist-test during that particular startup. now it fails the twist-test everytime. thats my thoughts on it.

hey,


i just thought to ask about his battery condition because he did say he charged it a month ago, but did not explain how many volts he had on the pack or anything. he just said it wouldn't work, so i figured i would start with the basics but I have a feeling your thoughts on it will probably be what his issue is

I figured by the time he got to mine, all the above checks will have been done. the idea of testing some things before looking at a brake is a cost effective idea

It sounds like the safety switch on either the brake or throttle pedal they are the same and are just under floor at pedals mine mess up when it sits a while so i spray and clean a bit ???

yes, do try pulling the pedals up to see if dirt & debris are preventing the pedals from returning to the "fully at rest" position. aftermarket floor mats are notorious for jamming up the pedals.
