EZGO 1999 DCS Won't Go in Reverse

To All,

My EZGO 1999 DCS won't go in reverse.
Runs great in Forward. Reverse Buzzer works. Solenoid
is energizing. I can hear it clunk. I have a Curtis PMC
Controller P/N 73144G01. I have the F/R switch
mounted on Front of battery box. I checked micro switches
on F/R Switch all good. I removed Controller
cover and checked pin 5 orange wire of connector of controller
I'm getting 36 volts at pin 5 on connector when F/R switch
is in reverse. Can I swap F1 & F2 motor windings
to see if it will go in reverse. Or by measuring 36 VDC at pin 5
has that ruled everything out except controller. Just want to rule
everything else out before buying a controller.

You can swap F1 and F2 in this cart I think that will tell you if the signal to the controller is good for reverse is good and leaves little other than the controller to suspect.
