Default '06 TXT jack stand fall, now bump, bump bump

As the title says cart fell off jack stands in rear (my bad). Right rear had a wobble and a bumpity bump. Switched wheels, same bump. Passenger hub seemed warped so I did a (needed) brake job with new hubs both sides. The bump is significantly less but still there. When adjusting the brakes, the shoes drag at the same point as I rotate the drum, once per revolution. When driving the cart, that drag causes a chirp chirp sound consistent with the drag.

What do you think, drum out of round? Bent axle? Ideas welcomed.

Thanks!

That's what I suspect. Time for some new bearings while I'm at it.
