Eric carts don't have an obc...Get a hydrometer and test each cell on all 6 batteries...

Ditch the Made in China ERIC garbage (It's Club Car's own variant of the PowerWise QE--JUNK) and get a DPI and enjoy.

We already got two dead ERICs and one Summit branded version of the same thing, mixed in with our many dead QEs. Surprised to see Club Car abandoning the tried and true Ferro resonant chargers like everyone else is doing. It's only hurting people, the brand's reputation, and the planet.

To Mitchshepard:

we have the same problem as you did: We measured at the plug and got 7.70 but the charger is still flashing 3 times green in the square middle light on the ERIC charger then a pause of 9 seconds , then repeat, then 3 more green flashes and then the yellow triangle above flashes very fast and stays on till you unplug the charger plug. we bought new Trojan T875 batteries as they were over 5 years old and probably needed replacing. the total voltage on the new batteries was 48.8. Do you think the receptacle is bad or the charger?

Did You figure it out?

Thanks, Chris
