I agree jb is the man but my two cents. Flip the cart to tow and check your switches at the harness. Pull plug j4 and check for continuity across red and green with the pedal pushed. If yes your pedal switch is good. Now pull plug j1. Check pins 8 and 9 for continuity with the key on. If yes key switch is good. Now pin 1-3 for forward and 1-2 for reverse. Now check pin 4 and 5 for pack voltage. I would also check the run tow switch for continuity across the appropriate wires. Make sure to put it back on tow before you plug it back in.

I was sending this as kg was apparently..... follow his advice not mine lol

Looks to me like you should check: (black probe on main negative on battery pack)

Red probe on:
Red/white wire at tow run switch voltage? If no bad reed switch. If yes, Check

Orange/red at tow run: voltage? If no, bad tow/run. If yes, check:

Green wire at f/r switch when switch is in forward. Voltage? If no: bad bad f/r switch. If yes, and there is no power at key switch.... looks like something is faulting inside controller.

No I do not, it would be nice to try one. If it sounds like that might be the issue I can go get one & try it. Thanks,

No, you don’t have voltage at the run/tow switch? If you don’t have voltage anywhere at run tow then it’s more than likely your reed switch is bad.

I’m confused. What are you going to get? You have a volt ohm meter correct?

Do you have voltage on pin 4 and 5 on the j1 connector of controller?

With tow switch in run position I have pack voltage on the tow/run wires red, white & orange. With the switch in tow mode I have only 29v on white wire. I do have voltage on the green wire at f/r switch when in f or r.
