EZGO TXT upgrading controller
I have a 2000 EZGO TXT 36 volt. I’m looking to upgrade the controller. Can I put a 48v controller from another EZGO TXT model rather than buying a new one that’s expensive?

Re: EZGO TXT upgrading controller
that all depends.....both drive systems have to match. You didn't say what drive system you have (SERIES or SEPEX) and what is the newish controller made for, drive system wise?

Re: EZGO TXT upgrading controller
Exchanging a stock 36v control for a stock 48v control will not yield much performance benefit, if any. All stock carts are engineered to run out at about the same speeds for golf use
