Default Cushman Hauler Pro 72V Won’t Move

I washed my cart yesterday, felt like I avoided spraying water in any connectors and mainly washed body panels and the plastic rear “fenders” under the dump bed. When I went to move the cart it wouldn’t move at all under its own power. I pushed it in the garage, laid a box fan in the battery area and left it overnight. Got up this morning and everything is as dry as it can be. The bed will lift and close perfectly fine as well using the dash switch.

I also unplugged and replugged all connectors I could find and didn’t see any moisture and also opened the pedal box, it was bone dry (obviously didn’t get wet at all), I followed the pedal wire to its connector and checked the connector and it was dry as well. I checked voltage of my batteries and I’m around 75-76 volts and also the directional key switch works and reverse buzzer will sound. When I click out of tow mode I can hear the controller click on and then go to “sleep” after about 30 seconds. As soon as I press the pedal it will click and “wake up” but no movement.

The cart rolls perfectly smooth when in tow mode with no hinderance.

Side note of something that was happening before this, I am getting no power to my fuse block so my lights and horn will not work. Unless I am missing an in line fuse somewhere I am completely stumped.
