Relocate Pot Box?
I have a 1990 marathon. Im wanting to move the pot box, since it is taking up valuable real estate that i could put more batteries in. I have not come across any post with similar goals in mind. Any suggestions?

Re: Relocate Pot Box?
Im going to try to mount it on the back side of the kickplate opposite the throttle pedal, with a simple linkage between. My concern is will lengthening the wires on the pot box affect 0-5k ohm reading to the controller?

It shouldn't have an effect as long as your connections are sound.
I had to relocate mine, too, but I had enough ground clearance with 22" tires and 4" of lift to feel comfortable putting it on the underside of the frame. My connections were quite a bit longer than stock too as I had to relocate the controller too. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

Re: Relocate Pot Box?
My pot box is in the front of my cart. As you can see in my signature pic, that is a good distance! I don't see you having any issues with the wire length.
