Default 2000 DCS intermittent stops an starts

My 2000 36v DCS TXT has been acting up lately. You'll be driving along and then suddenly you lose power to the motor. You pull over step on the gas a couple times and you're off and running again.

The batteries are only a year old, so I don't suspect them.

Help. Thanks.

This sounds like something is loose. But for troubleshootings sake. Charge the pack to full and others can help you more. If Someones first question is "what is your pack voltage" and you say you don't know..... Slow process.

If the failures are getting closer together, it might be the controller is on the way out.
Or, like Gonk said, a loose connection.

You say you can push throttle several times and the it takes off again.
Does the solenoid click when you push the pedal and the cart doesn't take off?

I checked all the connections, and everything is tight.

I guess I'll need to carry some tools with me and next time it shuts down, check the lines for where the voltage is missing. Hopefully it's not the controller, about to sell this cart as my 6 seater is almost ready.
