Default can you identify this unknown 12v set of leads?

I have been trying to figure out what this set of 12v leads goes to. on the closest battery in this picture (battery #3), it has 2 sets of 12v leads coming off of it. the set of wires with the boots are for the headlights. I can't tell what the other set of wires go to. I have unhooked them and can't find any dead systems so as far as I know, they go to a possible option that I don't have... the wires go into the factory wiring harness, so I have no idea where they ultimately go to. Do you guys know what they are for? I have removed them and taped them off so they don't touch anything.

Some RXV's have a voltage reducer in them so they can power up accessories.

Here is the RXV accessory wiring diagram.

Looks like the green and Blk/Wht wires with boots are added.

Those are for the headlight harness. Powers the brake lights also.. Probably a red booted wire in there somewhere that is part of the same harness.

And JohnnieB, you are the man, I have been looking for that diagram

those big wire diagrams just look like a mess to me. I don't know how to really decipher them. on my original picture. the set of leads with the boots(green and black/stripe) are the headlights. if I remove one, the lights go out... But the other set, which is the red and black thicker set, don't seem to power anything. I've disconnected them and everything still works. They go into the factory wiring harness are are just perfectly long enough to connect to that specific battery, so it is something original, but I have no idea. I've left them off for couple weeks and have had no problems.

can any of you guys decipher the wire schematics and figure out what this is suppose to power?

it wouldn't be a reducer, because they are already only 12v... since it is only tapping one battery.

The red and black wires attached to battery #3 as shown in the picture you posted are the stock feeds to the stock accessory wiring, including headlights.

Those two wires are the ones in the Purple box on the attached drawing.

Apparently, someone has added the Green wire and Black wire with White stripe to power the headlights rather than powering them via the stock wiring.

If your cart has accessories other than headlights and they are working withe the Red and Black wires disconnected, They may also might be being powered via the added wires.
