Default 2010 Club Car 2+2 LSV Shifting?

I know there are a few threads about not moving and other related things and I am new to the site so have patience with me.

My cart is not used a lot, and I'm working to change that. We didn't use it much last year or the years before so I'm a little lost on maintenance issues.

My batteries were froze last winter and I replaced with interstate since they were open that day and close by. Not plugged in all winter and it was not a mild one.

It seems like everything works fine except when going up hill, the motor just stops. I hit the brake and press the accelerator and it clicks and goes forward again. Then it stops and we start all over. Seems like it works fine except steep hills. Almost like downshifting, but it stops.

Its a 48 volt. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you think you could be stalling out the motor. Are your batteries up to 100% again. Does it act the same whether you have no passengers or 3 passengers.

I replaced them this spring and it says they might have to charge a few times before they get to full charge. It happens when my wife and I are going up hill slowly. This last time it seemed like everything worked good until the 8th hole.

Sounds like it is stalling, If you do have a full charge, you motor may need brushes or re-working, Otherwise it runs fine correct?

We bought it new in 2010 and have not used it much. It has 15 miles on it. This year we were planning on using it more.

How hard is it to replace brushes?

Is that Interstate Golf cart batteries?

Brushes aren't hard to replace if your savvy with basic tools but this may not entirely be the cause if your cart is that new.
