2003 EZGO smoking
Hello,
I have a 2003 Ezgo with the gas motor. It lets out a nice big plume of smoke when it starts and as it runs it generally decreases. But still smokes a little. I thought it was maybe some carbon buildup somewhere because the cart hasn't been run a whole bunch, since it was retired from the golf course. what can I do to minimize it at this point besides rebuilding the motor? |

Make sure it only has 1.5 quarts of oil.
Clean the crankcase breather tube. Adjust the valves to .004 clearance. Run some Seafoam through it. If none of that works, try jiggling the handle. |
