Default 1989 gas ezgo

Went to look at a 89 gas cart. Cart doesn't run, what kind of price can I put on a non running cart. The guy thinks $250 to $350 is fair. I hooked up my battery jumper and the cart turns over. I'm not 100 percent it runs but is a complete cart.

If body and tires are good and has a top 250 wouldn't be terrible but always assume the worst on these deals

An 89 is a 3pg two stroke. It's the last version, but still a two stroke. I personally don't think any two stroke is worth more than a grand, and that would have to be in great condition. I'm not a camper, but many campgrounds in my area have banned two strokes. That limits your possible prospects.

Not seeing any pictures, I would give $250 for a non running 89 knowing that I would be changing the crankshaft seals at the very least, and possibly doing a complete rebuild. If the seat covers, and body were in great looking shape, I would probably go $300. Is the plastic cowl broken up on it?
I don't sell carts, or anything like that. It would depend on what you plan on doing with it.

If your buddy says it's worth $250 to $350, he wants $300 for it.
