V-Glide to MCOR change
Having an issue with my 2000 Club Car DS. When I hold the accelerator at about half or less the cart runs fine. If I try to give it more power it either dies or really slows down and gets a little jerky(surges). I believe it is the v-glide potentiometer causing the issue.
I started looking at replacements and I saw that they have v-glide to MCOR 4 conversion kits. I have a few questions though. - Does the issue I am having sound like the v-glide? - What is the benefit of doing an MCOR 4 conversion rather than just throwing in another v-glide? Don't know if it matters but the cart in question has the following: - Alltrax XCT 500 PowderDrive Plus / Regen 2, 2GA wiring throughout and 10ga replaced the F1/F2 wires, 400 Amp Solenoid, Diode, FSIP High Torque Motor, Club Car Sepex, Lester Summit II Battery Charger |

Re: V-Glide to MCOR change
Sergio is the best at recommending programming changes to the XCT controllers when inconsistent pedal glitches arise. Hopefully he will spot this and recommend some programming changes. What stands out in your statement is "If I try to give it more power it either dies or really slows down". That could be mechanical (your vglide) but Sergio knows what settings are needed in your XCT which can narrow down the cause(s).
