Turn Signal Trouble Shooting
Hello all,
I recently purchased a rehabbed 2007 club car. The seller had just updated everything including lights/wiring harness. I am having the following problem with my rear turn signals; If I have my left turn signal on, both the rear left and right lights blink, but the left side is slightly brighter. Same happens if I have the right signal on -- both side blink, but right is brighter. If I have my headlights on, they operate correctly. Any suggestions? |

Re: Turn Signal Trouble Shooting
Usually this is because of a poor ground connection, but it could also be from someone wiring the lights incorrectly.
Some LED lights end up needing diodes to prevent the feedback voltage that would cause this from reaching the opposite light. I wouldn't think you should have to go to that much hassle because these usually function just fine out of the box. Check the connections at the lights, and check that they have a proper ground back to your Battery main negative. They Can NOT be grounded to the frame of the cart. |
