Default Alltrax Programing for SR48500 48V lithium battery

Hello my friends,

I just received my ECO 48V 105ah lithium in today.

Who has a optimal program for the SR Alltrax 500 amp controller. I have a 400 amp solenoid the sw202 contactor, 23" tires, bandit series motor and cart is lifted 6".

Thanks in advance

If you have a setup that was running to your liking, you don't need to change anything in the Alltrax setup for a Lithium install. You might want to limit the max current to whatever your battery is rated for. Make a log with the Alltrax software and see what current your cart is using when doing a full acceleration run. I forget what I have set mine to but it's probably 300 or 350 amps.

The Eco limit is 300 amps. This setting will safeguard the battery but it will not affect performance

I have this battery and setting in my TXT with 500 controller and Admiral 14 hp motor. It's a beast.

As always I appreciate your help. I am sure with the set up I got from you with the ECO battery I will like it even better.

I'm thrilled with mine. One addition I'm making to the system right now is a low voltage alarm. My wife ignored the blinking light and ran the cart to a stop. So I searched the net and found an audible alarm. Waiting to hear it sound off now. I suspect it will sound off on a hill long before the cart stops running on the flats. And being programmable I gave it some fudge room.

I have a renogy meter that is great. I was unsure of it at first but after getting it set up properly I love it. Being a shunt based meter it accurately measures capacity, and you can set a low voltage alarm to whatever you want. The amperage draw is kinda fun to watch too

How loud is the alarm? Do you have a link to share?

Define Beast. HA ha. It is probably going to break something if I'm not careful strong.
Unfortunately this motor is not for series drive system like the C series. It is available only in the IQ and TXT48 conversions.
For extreme series performance look at the PQ motors.
